Coach Lauri Robinson has been part of the TFP family since day 1. Always seen as a source of inspiration for the TFP community, she can always be counted on to share her considerable knowledge of fitness and nutrition. After completing her first marathon in 1991, Lauri has gone on to win multiple age-group titles in a variety of distances & is a 3-time IRONMAN finisher. Married to her husband Jerry for over 30 years, she has raised a family of 3 children, all of which enjoy being physically fit. Lauri will fondly recall the early days of TFP when our team goal was to finish an Olympic distance triathlon. She keenly recalls the hard work sacrifice & pride the team would feel when accomplishing first time goals. This has been especially helpful when working with newer athletes who are attempting these same goals for the very first time. Coach Lauri’s true passion is helping people change their lives to a healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. There are few things more exciting for Lauri than watching this transformation & helping to create new levels of self-esteem, positive energy & overall good health.
