Conquer the laziness that comes with Daylight Standard Time once and for all! Falling back is for clocks - not for athletes!
Now that you're running so well, are you willing to even have an off-season? This program will help you maintain fitness by using intervals, tempos, and mileage training during targeted 60 minute sessions that WORK.
The program will be led by TFP Coach & Professional Triathlete Terry Harth from the TFP Studio. He is one of the fastest male runners in the Milwaukee/ Chicago area. Please bring waiver to the first session.

Bundle up and come run with us. Sunday mornings are all about Long Slow Distance. No need to push the pace, we’ll be dealing with enough when it starts snowing! Mileage will range from 6-10 miles. You will learn to master long distance fueling & heart rate pacing while preparing for spring base training. Unless conditions are dangerous, plan to run in all of Chicago’s finest weather. Those who are currently in the DFB program may purchase this as a 5-week add-on, starting Nov. 30.
The program will be led by Coach Kelli Richter.
Requirements: Proper outdoor run clothing, fueling system, proper footwear, and the ability to run 5 or more miles. Please bring waiver to the first session.

Off-Season Conditioning
Nov 9 - Dec 28: Suns at 8am
Unleash your outdoor enthusiast! The fall is a great time to try new activities such as trail running, trail biking, mountain biking, kayaking, competition challenges and snow fitness games. Be ready for anything in this fun program that will meet every 2-3 weeks on Saturdays.
Requirements: be willing to challenge your normal routine, have fun, bike 12 road miles, run 4 miles, be injury free and have gear (or be willing to rent gear). Please make sure you bring your signed waiver to the first session.
